The Training Team Ltd is a specialised training and consulting group who undertake and deliver business development and training contracts for our clients.
The Training Team was founded in 1998 by its Managing Director Ross Chaplin who has been working in the training industry in the UK and overseas for many clients. Ross has led the growth of the company from its original foundations in the South East to now work with clients across the UK and Internationally, delivering organisational development initiatives, diagnostic assessments and delivering training programmes.
We have vast experience in the design, development and delivery of bespoke training courses and blended learning programmes, combining instructor-led workshops and events with leadership coaching, online assessments and online learning. Our services include:
